Our CNC machine is a state-of-the-art addition to our capabilities, featuring:

  • Chuck Size of 165 mm: This sizable chuck ensures that we can handle a wide range of workpieces and materials, accommodating diverse project requirements.

  • Fanuc Controller: The inclusion of a Fanuc Controller, renowned for its precision and reliability, empowers us to execute complex machining operations with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.

  • High-Pressure Coolant: The high-pressure coolant system not only enhances the overall performance of the CNC lathe but also extends the tool life, contributing to the quality and cost-effectiveness of our machining processes.

Video Measuring Machine  Machine (sipcon)

A Video Measuring Machine (VMM) is a highly accurate and precise measurement instrument used in various industries for inspecting and measuring the dimensions of objects and components. It utilizes a video camera, precise optics, and software to capture images and data points of the object being measured. These measurements are then analyzed by the software to provide accurate dimensional and geometric data. VMMs are commonly employed in quality control, manufacturing, and research and development, offering rapid, non-contact, and high-resolution measurements for improved product quality and consistency.
